You should remember to always do some warming up and streching exercises before gym. If you do not warm up properly you could hurt yourself

Next I will teach you how to do a foward roll first you have to scwhat down and put your hands just under your ears lean foward and lift your bum high and you will all or a sudden roll foward your self but just remember to keep tucked in.

Hello and welcome to the gym web site today i will be teaching you how to be able to do lots of differant gym moves .First i will teach you how to do a tuck jump
first do a straight jump and then try it again but this time in the air you have to tuck your knees into your chest.
